Arrive & Change
Come in, drop your things, and settle in. The studio is small by design — no queues, no chaos.
Enter the Pod
Step inside the heated dome. The moment you duck through the entrance, the temperature rises and the world outside fades.
Move & Sweat
Follow your instructor through a 45 or 60 minute heated class. The warmth unlocks your body — deeper stretches, stronger practice.
Cool Down & Reset
The final few minutes are yours. Breathe, settle, and let it land. Leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
