Sessions run 45 or 60 minutes. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.
What to Bring
Yoga mat, a towel (you will sweat), and a water bottle. Mats available to hire.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 12 hours before your class for a full credit back to your account.
Class Size
Small groups only. Each session is intentionally limited for an intimate experience.
